Return policy

1. Returns & Refund Eligibility

  • You may return any non-personalized item within 14 days of receipt for a refund.

  • Items must be in resalable condition — unworn, unengraved, with tags and original packaging intact.

  • Personalized items (e.g. customized QR code plate) are not eligible for a refund unless there is a defect or error on Curiotag’s part.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or if we sent the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details.

  • Curiotag will provide a return label at no cost to you if the mistake was ours.

3. How to Return

  1. Email us at service@curiotag.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will review the request and, if approved, send you return instructions.

  3. Use either the provided prepaid label (if supplied) or return at your expense if using your own courier.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue the refund.

 4. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive and verify the return.

  • Shipping costs (unless item is defective or error on our side) are non-refundable.

  • If you prefer, we can offer an exchange for a different color, finish, or style (of equal or higher value) instead of a refund.

 5. International Returns

  • Customers outside [your base country] are responsible for return shipping and any applicable customs or duties unless the item is faulty or incorrectly shipped.

  • Please ensure returns are securely packaged, and tracked shipping is recommended — Curiotag is not responsible for lost packages during return transit.
