1. How does the QR code work?
Once scanned with any smartphone camera, the QR code unlocks your personalized content—such as a video, photos, voice message, or text.
2. Can I change the content after engraving?
Yes. You can update the link behind your QR code by contacting our customer support at service@curiotag.com.
3. What kind of files can I upload?
We accept videos, photos, audio files, text, and links. Maximum file size is 200MB. For larger files, we recommend uploading to a private link (e.g., YouTube unlisted) and providing the URL.
4. Is the QR code secure?
Yes. Your content is stored on an encrypted server. Only people with your QR code can access it, and you may request deletion or updates anytime.
5. How long does customization take?
Personalization takes 1–3 business days. Shipping usually takes 5–10 business days depending on your location.
6. Is the engraving waterproof and durable?
Yes. The engraving is permanent and resistant to scratches and daily wear. We recommend avoiding long exposure to water or harsh chemicals.
7. What materials are the necklaces made of?
Our necklaces are crafted with high-quality stainless steel and plated in silver, gold, or rose gold finishes. All are nickel-free and hypoallergenic.
8. Can I gift wrap the necklace?
Yes. Gift packaging options are available at checkout. Each necklace also comes with a care card and instructions on how to scan the QR code.
9. Is it possible to add text instead of a QR code?
Yes. If you prefer, we can engrave names, dates, initials, or short text instead of a QR code.
